No. You can make purchases without rescheduling account but by registering and creating an account you can buy faster, know the status of the order, view the purchases already made among many other options.

Note:

  1. Subscriptions to plans that involve recurring payments effectively require account registration.
  2. Customers who register for a professional account need to provide NIF (Tax Identification Number) and will have to wait for their approval from the administration


Paypal payment

After the validation of your order, you can make your payment through a link to the PayPal page, using the credit card or your PayPal account.


Credit Card Payment (Through PayPal)

After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you will receive an email to access the payment area where you must make the payment.


Payment by Services (MB)

After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you will receive an email with the data to proceed with the "Payment of Services / Purchases" in the total value of the order, simply go to the nearest ATM or carry out the operation by homebanking.


Bank Transfer Payment

After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you can make the payment of your order by bank transfer.

Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays!

Because we want your order to be delivered as soon as possible, we now guarantee deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays as well:
    Orders sent to Friday will always be delivered on Saturday, unless otherwise stated.
    Orders sent on the eve of a holiday will be delivered on the day of the Holiday, unless otherwise stated.
    Valid only for mainland Portugal

After the production / preparation of the order (personalized and business orders have a longer production period - see term in the chosen product), you will receive your order in 24H (Saturdays and holidays included) in mainland Portugal.

Islands - Boat Delivery (Azores and Madeira) - Boat Delivery

After the production / preparation of the order (personalized and business orders have a longer production time - see term in the chosen product), your order will be delivered in 3 to 6 working days in Madeira and 7 to 15 working days in Azores.

In Community Europe

After the production / preparation of the order (custom and business orders have a longer production time - see term in the chosen product), you will receive your order in:
- STANDARD service - between 2 to 8 business days.
- EXPRESS Service - between 2 to 4 business days.

Outside European Community

After the production / preparation of the order (personalized and business orders have a longer production period - see term in the chosen product), you will receive your order in
- STANDARD service - between 2 to 10 business days, depending on destination.
- EXPRESS Service - between 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination.

Normally our products are not subject to customs duties outside the European Community, however, taking into account changes made by customs throughout the world, Dibanga-Home is not responsible for any additional customs charges that may exist outside the European Community .

Note:
Delivery times for orders are estimated. Any delay in delivery will always be the responsibility of the transport operator and not of Dibanga-Home.
If there is a delay in delivery, we would appreciate your contact so that Dibanga-Home with the carrier can ask for clarification.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:

    actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);
    order value (we offer free shipping on orders over € 50.00 for Continental Portugal);
    carriers, which are subject to periodic updates.

After the online order process is completed and the payment confirmed, we will immediately send the order to the factory and it will take 6 to 12 days to complete and then have the shipping time indicated above in the shipping methods according to carrier.
